Premium amount paid but policy not issued by Bajaj Allianz

Car insurance payment made to bajaj Allianz but didn’t receive the insurance copy. Value: 13980. I have made the payment on 10th dec where company mentioned they will provide the insurance copy with in 2hr it’s been more then 2 days they have not sent the insurance copy . Now I have lost trust on them . I would like to get my money back and take some other company insurance . All insurance information is in the attachment
