Complaint regarding refund from AJIO

I ordered apparel from ajio and they were not upto my expectations so I returned them and now I don’t know wat happened exactly but they blocked my email id which was mentioned as the customer email id in the profile section…
Now they even logged  out my ajio account in unable to login…they blocked me without even giving any prior notice regarding that…
Most of the times they refunded my refund amount to the wallet instead of refunding it  to the mentioned bank account…
They show in ajio wallet that money can be transferrable to my bank account at the relevant order for which I got the money bank…but when we go the orders section  we find no option for transferring money to bank accounts from ajio wallet…
And now I’m unable even to check the orders which were still in the processing stage and whether the amount has been refunded for the returned orders and mainly the amount in the wallet…
It may be some hundreds for them…but it might be a valuable amount to me…please check into that not only my account has been blocked even my mom’s ajio account has also been blocked…please look into that.
