Previous employer not paying gratuity

I have left the organization(Pvt. Ltd.) on June 2017. I have made lot of request to pay my gratuity as I have completed almost 6+ years in the organization. But every time I got a respond stating that it will be cleared soon. As an individual I have lot of commitment which I am not able to meet due to this long due. Please help me to get this resolve soon.

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
