I bought a new bag from padmavati bag house worth Rs 2800 of travel club as the lady mentioned its a branded bag with warranty of 1 yr for stitching and chain repair. On using it for one day, the bag wheel broke. Now when on repair she says she can’t provide the repair for the wheel. When we saw the warranty card of the bag, it is mentioned that it has 2 yrs warranty for all kind of damage. When we asked the lady to atleast give the contact info of the customer care , she refused to do so. After this we went to the police station where she said the bag is not branded. She committed fraud with me which is a crime. Please help me to make her learn a lesson and that she doesn’t commit such a crime again.
