Received damaged product through movers and packers

I had transfer my households from siliguri to kolkata through this movers and packers. And i have found my TV broken even they did not give bed fitting screw. Somehow we managed to setting or bed but we have fallen down from the bed.They stolen the screws and music system from our house. They ask me for repair my TV so that they will pay the bill. But now they do not receive my calls. I have called him msg him so many time but do not answer my calls.
