Received different product from Myntra, no customer support

Received different damage product. Value: 5699. I was order a Tommy Hilfiger shoe price 5699 from myntra. But I was received an old damage different product from what I was order. I raised complaint against this and create a return request. Send the pictures of the product what I was received. But myntra was cancelled my return request and send mail to me that my complain was irrelevant

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
