I had ordered some items from Ajio for Rs1142 through hdfc credit card on 8th Jan 2021. The courier came within a week but didnt deliver as he said it was cash on delivery. Later the courier company sent the items back to ajio stating customer not available, not reachable and not permitted in the premises.
I asked for refund. On 20th jan I got an email stating the refund has been initiated and will be credited into my account within 8 days. Now its nearly 3 weeks and I have still not received my refund. Their toll free number is voice automated so its not possible to contact anyone.
I have been sending reminder emails every 2nd day. They have a stock reply saying it will be processed in 2 working days.
I don’t know what steps to take next to resolve this issue. Hence this complaint
