Sir I Purchased a Poco X2 mobile worth Rs 17499(Transaction with Debit card) on Flipkart (Order date-11/07/2020.. Delivered date-14/07/2020). But when I received product and open the box mobile is missing in box. Then I call Flipkart Team and give all evidence proof like (Unboxing Video of Product,Photos)But Flipkart give me again and again a New Timeline and say that Flipkart give you Refund or replacement for your missing product. But Flipkart says that he spent a whole one and half month. Then on 22 August Flipkart block my flipkart account and email me that your Flipkart account was blocked due to High number of return. But I have evidence I not Do any high number of return but flipkart not help me..I Lost my 17499 Rs Flipkart cheated me..please help me please I beg you I am a Medical Student I prepare for Neet Examination I purchase mobile phone for my Study but Flipkart cheated me..I tried hard and begged Flipkart to refund my amount or give me Replacement, but flipkart wants to hear nothing.. please help me Sir my flipkart please help me sir
