Ordered iwatch series 4 from Flipkart.com on 3rd oct, 2019. Received an empty box first on 9th October,2019. After a lot of follow ups and calling. They promised me to deliver the right product on or before 20 October, 2019. The product was again delivered on 20 Oct 2019. This time the product was fake. It was some local watch. Filed the complaint again, this time for refund and return. On 21 October, an executive arrived to take the product back and denied to receive the product. He said that the company has forwarded the product to be received is damaged and not different. Thus he cannot take the product back. After calling again for filing the complaint, the customer care executives disconnected my call for the three times. I wrote on twitter and a mail too. But all I received was nothing. I request you to please help me with this issue. As the company has done this to me for the third time and I have gone through enough of patience and mental torture while they were least bothered to help me.
