I had purchased combo designer kurtis for 990 Rupees from Suitslabel on April 6th 2019. I received entirely different, much cheaper products on April 12th. I tried to initiate a return, but could not find any option in their site, though they claim 7 day easy return and refund. I emailed them in the emailId given in the site. But nobody responded back. Tried in the phone number given, which says number not in use. Then I searched online and got a number and contacted in that. A guy named Dxxxk pick the call and convinced me that he would refund the money through FINO BPay app and made me register in that app. Then he asked me to share my Google pay password and that’s when I realized this guy is also a fraud. Please help me to report the company and get the refund. When I searched online, I can see many customers are cheated this way and few of them had posted it in consumer forums. I don’t want more people to fall in this trap. I commented in their FB page. But they blocked me and removed all those posts in which I commented. Kindly help.
