Refund not received after cancellation of order

Armani exchange Hampton watch worth rs5248. Recently I placed an order for Armani watch. I paid the down payment too. I was expected the order status to be delivered. Bt then I saw the msg that refund has been initiated. May I know the reason why the order was canceled and still not received any refund yet.

Repair of Micromax Tab: Mr. Akash Pandey of Rajajipuram, Lucknow 226011, UP submitted his Micromax tablet to their service centre on 11-06-2016 for out-of-warranty service.
