Refund not received for failed online bus ticket booking

While booking of a bus ticket on 25/02/2017 from Rajkot to Baroda on the site of M/s Eagle travel corporation Ltd.,through my rupay,BoB debit card, unfortunately the traction was failed and ticket was not booked and amount of Rs.495/-deducted from my account no.12xxxxxxxxxxxx2, having with bank of baroda,IPCL Branch, Vadodara. After a several complain on their consumer care no. and also at branch IPCL,Vadodara. I have still not received refund from Bank Of Baroda. Complaint No.201703014044, 201703048380, 16.03.2017, Tracker ID 165176 dt.10.03.2017. Please do needful in this matter please.
