Complaint regarding defective phone from Shopclues

I placed an order with shopclues on 31.3.17 through online for iVoomi IV Smart 4G phone. On 7.4.17 I received the product and I paid cash Rs.2902/_ . When I checked it I found it is a defective one that the sim slit is not working. I called the customer care of shopclues on 9.4.17 and informed the same. Then they advised me to approach warranty service centre of this smartphone. But they informed me that they are not doing the warranty service. My complaint is registered with shopclues. I requested for refund of the money, but they are not remitting the amount to my bank account. Please look into the matter and do the needful. Thanking you.
