I have purchased a Casio gshock watch from flipkart and paid the price wait a debit card. The ammount got deducted immidiately. Next day I changed my mind, and I wanted to purchase another watch of a higher price, so I had to cancel this order. Flipkart said, the amount will be refunded in 8 working days. Its almost 4 weeks now, the money has not been refunded. I complained flipkart about the same, they said that the amount has been givin back in the account. Contact central bank and provide us the bank statement. I did the same. Flipkart sent me a link to file a complain against Central bank. Did the same and got a complain number. Its 12 days, there is no resolution from the bank. Again went back to flipkart, they said to go back to the bank and complain with the transaction id. The issue will be resolved. Customer care of Central bank of India 1800 toll free number do not work.
So flipkart do not have my money.
Central bank of india donot have my money. I did not get the money. So where is the money.
I want a resolution. Please help me to get this thing fixed. Please see the below attached file.
