Refund not received from mobileemart.com

I have order two batteries of Yu5530 mobile and pay online money to mobileemart.com on 08 May 2020. Till date no order is dispatched to me and showing that order are cancelled but no any refund of money in my account till 35 days of ordering. Both customers Support No.: 72xxxxxxx9 / 78xxxxxxx8 is switched off till first day. No any response of message or chat.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
