Complaint regarding Kent RO authorised service center

Shubh labh enterprises is not authorized service franchise of kent ro india . But in lastest bill it is mention’s authorized service franchise , this is misrepresentation and accounts to fraud . The service man also mentions that it is authorized franchise when asked . If it is not authorized then how it is still operating at misrepresenting customers.
