Refund related complaint for flight ticket against PayTM

I had booked a flight from Mumbai to Durgapur for 11th June 2023 through PayTM. The merchant company (Spice Jet) had canceled the flight due to some technical reasons and had processed a full refund on 7th June. However PayTM has still not refunded the amount to me. Inspite of several calls and complaints raised regarding this, the only answer I get is will confirm in next 24 Hours which never comes.

The booking date was 29th May 2023. The booking Ref ID is 21xxxxxxxx3. Its getting really annoying now and they do not even bother to address the complaints raised.
