I am writing to file a formal complaint against Airtel for the continuous and unresolved issues I have been facing with my broadband connection. Despite multiple complaints, the service disruptions have become increasingly frequent, and the most recent episode has lasted for two days without any resolution.
I am a loyal Airtel customer, and the recurring disruptions have not only caused significant inconvenience but have also had a detrimental impact on my work, resulting in financial and professional losses.

Duration of Disruption: 2 days and ongoing
I have exhausted all available channels to resolve this matter directly with Airtel without success.
I kindly request the intervention of the Consumer Forum to investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that Airtel takes immediate and effective action to rectify the ongoing service disruptions. I am seeking a permanent solution to this problem and compensation for the losses incurred due to the extended downtime.
