I ordered a Mobile on Amazon.in on 26 april 2023 in mY office address. (in Indore) as per your end its shows Deleivard (without OTP) on 28 April 2023 10.42 pm. but not received by me or any other person in my office incl. security persons i already inquire this in my end.
I complained on very next day 29 april 23 to amazon customer care and they insure me that due to
technical issue some time its show delivered so please wait 1 day and it will be deleivired on 29 april
evening to your office address. i also got the mail from amazon.in reg. this. but till 1 may its not
delivered to me , i continously tocuh with amazon customer care reg. this they inform me that there
internal inq. going on reg. my complain so wait till 5 may. now amazon.in told me that thay already
deilivred that product to my office address. so they are helpless reg. this and no refund issue to me .
