Regarding Big Bazaar Profit Club mermbership card redemption

I am having a Big Bazaar Profit Club card and that has been provided by Big Bazaar executives on 14th Nov 2021. Recently, I visited Big Bazaar and got to know that Big Bazaar has been closed in Nagpur. I am having 9K in balance in a Profit club card. Now there is no place where I can redeem that balance. I have tried to call customer care multiple times but that is also off. Please help me to get my money back.

I heard from lots of the people that Big Bazaar did the scam and they have sold profit club card after taking decision of closing Big Bazaar stores. I am a middle class person sir and this amount is really more for me and for my family and that we have paid to Bajaj finserv in the EMIs.
