Regarding damage compensation from Spicejet

Delhi Hyderabad Sector SG 125, PNR T3428L, completely damaged bag received at Hyderabad. Baggage irrugularity report no. 15845 filed. Spicejet offered accepted complete damage and offered Rs. 1,500 for a Samsonite bag worth Rs. 10,000. Communication reference number with Spicejet is 00342226. Officer incharge Sxxxi from Gurgaon. Please get us justice.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
