I ordered an organza saree from vastralaxmi.com on 18-10-21 and received a defective product. I have been trying to call their 24*7 customer service since delivery (22-10-21) but nobody is reverting and no reply to the complaint e-mail as well.

Product: Organza Saree
Date of order: 18-10-21
Date of delivery: 22-10-21
Order number: 123425
Mode of payment: COD
Customer care number only number provided and called atleast hundred times but no one picks up)
Email id: info.vastralaxmi.com (emailed them but no revert)
Value: 1699/- + 50/- (charged extra for selecting COD mode of payment)
Issue:
1. Hole in saree palla
2. Vegetable stains on border
3. Completely Different color as compared to picture
