Snapmint do not respond after deduction of down payment

I ordered product from snapmint on 2nd december 2021. My down payment got deducted for the same. But as per seller confirmation product is out of stock . Now i try to contact snapmint again and again but there is no response for the same . Also they take ECS of my account to deduct emi for the same product. I want to deactivate ecs from snapmint and want to cancel my order and want refund of my downpayment. Please help me in this matter. My order id :2351840 . I attached screen shot for your refrence.
