Regarding delay in delivery of PAN Card by Velex couriers

My pancard was dispatched from nsdl on 2nd July via velex courier services with airway bill no. 23310745679. Today is 15 July 2020 till date I didn’t recieved my courrier. Kindly blacklist this courrier service as their no communication details properly available on their official site only one number is provided and they never answer our call.

    The Courier/Postal offices have resumed operations for delivery of PAN cards. However there will be delay in dispatching/delivering of PAN card due the current situation. We request you to use the e-PAN provided as it is a valid document. We thank you for your co-operation.

    We request you to use the e-PAN provided on email. The same is valid and acceptable. Further, PAN applicants are requested to note that on account of COVID-19 outbreak and Govt. advisories issued in this context, there will be delays in dispatch of PAN cards. We thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
