Regarding delivery of my skybags Trolley Bag by Amazon vendor

I had ordered Skybags Polycarbonate Hard Trolley Bag (MIRNXT80MOG_Orange) (Sold by: S.S. TRADING ZONE through Amazon) in Great India Festival on 18th October, 2020 of Rs. 7,398.00. After One day, the price was decreased, and I had ordered same another one on 19th October, 2020 with Order of Rs. 5,898/- For both the Order same Tracking Id was provided. Since Cancellation option was not coming for the earlier order so customer care told me to refused at door step.

On 24.10.2020, both product was out of delivered but delivery boy contacted for only one order with Order of Rs. 7,398.00. I refused to take because customer care already told me to refused the item as price was high for this. No delivery boy contacted me regarding my order of Rs. 5,898/-. Now, Seller is emailing me that your product is returning back and refund will be issued for that one.

I need this product so kindly help me to get back my product with of Rs. 5,898/-.
