I had ordered some fish and items from www.fisheshop.com which is an online store for fishes and related accessories. I ordered the items back in August 20th, from that time I have been following up on whatsapp and mails but not received any proper response from them. I has been more than 2 months now and I am still receive the items or refund of the payment I made.
I have been waiting for more than 2 months now.
I have posted on there Facebook page as well to see if there is any proper response all they reply is “We will check and update” and after a week my comments are deleted so that no one else can come to know about the scam business they are running. If you see on the social media there are multiple customers who are facing the same issue. What kind of business they are running if they can’t full fill customers orders. Bunch of shameless people who don’t know to take care of customers request.
Its a humble request to take strict action against such unethical and fraud companies so that the consumers don’t get harassed like this.
