It is to bring your kind notice that I have ordered DURAIN CHAIR , worth Rs-12670/- from flipkart app on 15th sep 2017but the product which I have recieved from flipkart is totally worthless to use. Before I tryed tp raise return complaint, my flipkart account was deliberatly blocked by flipkart. I was made totally helpless. Though i didnt get demo and installation of the product but recieved message that demo and installation had been done. since 23 sep 2017 , i have been trying to access my flipkart account but the OTP s being sent were not being processed and my account is still blocked. when i approched the coustmer care of flipkart to access my account they didnt even shown any concern to me and when told them that i am going to file a complaint to consumer court, they are telling that not to approch consumer court and my issue would be resolved. But till today my problem is not resolved by flipkart and my account is still blocked.
service of flipkart is totally handicapped. Every time I called them they are just telling that so called concerned team will contact me. But I didnt get a single call from them. I know flopkart buffled and made me fool by delivering a worthless product. I request your kindself to help me getting the money refund.
