Regarding wrong balance deduction by Payzapp

The balance in my Payzapp account on 1st of November, 2017 was 5000 but in the evening it shows the balance as 00. I called the customer service twice after lot of efforts and they said that it was an technical issue and it will be resolved shortly. But it’s been 3 days and I haven’t received my money back. Contacting customer service is not an easy the wait time is more than 30-35 minutes.
