Regarding Eureka Forbes Dr.Aquaguard Water Purifier service issue

I am AMC customer of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard GENEUS +.l have raised a service issue on Apr 22, 2025. And have been patiently and persistently following up through Customer Support calls and emails but to no resolution till date.Also, none from tech support called me or visited my house since then

Please help in resolving the issue.
