I have been calling snapdeal customer care since last 15 day to do the pick up & respective refund of the faulty and duplicate product you delivered to me (order id 19342033195 ref no 42730559) . Every customer care executive giving me the bullshit reasons. Kindly do your responsible duty or I will file FIR against snapdeal .
