Regarding fraud sales by Shadesltd on Instagram channel

Regarding fake acoount on instagram. Value: 10000

I had ordered some stuff from Shadesltd from instagram worth Rs 10000. They said it will take around 10 days for delivery. But its a month now no reply. please take a strict action against the seller. its a fraud. they block us if you try to call or text them.
