Regarding Health Insurance with Royal Sundaram

I have taken a health policy from Royal Sundaram called health for ever. The period of insurance is from 5-03-2019 to 04-03-2021. by paying Rs. 25499. Till today I have not claimed a single medical bills from this company. When ever I ring their customer service number 94xxxxxxxxx9 or 18xxxxxxxxxxx0 They are not answering. I want to know the status of my policy and the procedure for claiming medical bills..

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
