Regarding health policy from Axis Bank and TataAIG

I was called from axis Bank on 20/5/17 and told me if I am interested to get health insurance. I agreed and they sent me otp and 4004 rs was deducted. They promised to send me cashless card within a week on my address. So far it is about two months to end and I did not get any card. I have paid money before two months and unable to use service. They did not send any email regarding delay and it’s cause. Now I am fed up and want my money back in my account . Please help me

    Did you get any solution regarding the above mentioned issue??
    I want to know. Because I have also faced same issue.
