Regarding invoice with incorrect IMEI number from Flipkart vendor

I have purchased readmi note 12 pro plus 5G from flipkart on 11th jan 2023 . I may I realised the IMEI no mentioned on the invoice doesn’t match with the mobile phone”s actual IMEI number. I raised the issue on 17 th May and from that time im continuously following up but no proper response . They had increased the resolution time 3 time without my knowledge. Currently there is no resolution time that is provided on the app and the request is showing in open status. Tried all possible ways but now they are not even responding
