Regarding membership services from Park Holidays

l m member of park holiday international co. I’m a poor house wife. With lots of difficulty I saved some money for my studies. Following their invitation, I attended your meeting where the representatives made many offers based on which I took membership.  However, none of the offers, commitments were fulfilled. I was offered 2 night stay complimentary with breakfast and dinner, celebration of my birthday in their hotel together with a free night stay  3rd, free air tickets 4th, movie vouchers for two years and Rs.500 worth food voucher. 5th hotel booking with free transport and activities with free breakfast and dinner.

I did not get the offers and neither did they call me for birthday anniversary. I did not even get food voucher. I took the membership because of these offers but all the above offers were fake

I hereby request that the money be refunded so that I can spend it on my child’s education. With much difficulty I paid Rs.86000 and now it’s a humble & kind request 2 u..plz return my money.
