Regarding Mitashi Ac not working under extended warranty

I have bought a air conditioner from flipkart company named mitashi under extend warranty from jeeves for 2 years from sep 24 2018 to sep 23 2020
Now my ac does not working properly and doesn’t cooling i have lodged a complaint on 13th june complaint no EW1560413503
But company didn’t respond even after 24 days company didn’t send enginner or repair the ac
