I purchase Moto G Turbo [ Black, 16 GB] mobile from Amazon on dated 2nd Oct 2016. after nine months my mobile is not charging then 6th June 2017 I submit my mobile in Motorola service center,vadodara-Alkapuri Area as per free warranty service, then i faced again same problem, and again i submit my mobile in same service center- i received call from service center no. 7624008180 that my mobile is out of warranty, i have invoice as per this is running 9th month under warranty period, so they ask me submit 9000/- Rs. and i purchase this new mobile @ 9500/- my question is that only why they ask me money when i receive warranty for 1 year, and 1 year is not completed, this is 10 th months running with under warranty period. kindly please send some solutions.
