However, Myntra has been consistently postponing the refund process, frustratingly extending it to at least October 17th upon my latest inquiry. This ongoing ordeal has spanned one and a half months without any sign of resolution. It’s incredibly frustrating to repeatedly chase Myntra for a refund that should have been processed efficiently. The item was received by them on October 8th and successfully passed the quality check, but my money is still pending as of October 14th. Their continued delay in providing a definitive refund date is exasperating. I initially made the purchase before the Durga Puja festival around September 1st, ensuring preparedness for any unforeseen circumstances. However, the current situation has pushed the resolution date to almost Ponchomi, which leaves me questioning when I should place an order again after that. The experience with Myntra’s service has been extremely disappointing, leaving me feeling frustrated and helpless.
