Complaint regarding call drop from Jio

It has been two days, since I have faced multiple call drops, and the mental frustration is at an extreme level. I am facing around 1-2 call drops on a call lasting 10 minutes. also while calling with clients. There were multiple call drops, which led to a loss of several thousands . It feels like I have committed a serious crime by using Jio to make a call. Also, it’s not that I live in a rural area. Living in a metropolitan area and facing such issues is totally unacceptable.

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
