I had ordered a FoxbitTM FX500 ear phone of rupees 239/- by cash on delivery from Amazon online shopping app. On delivery date 16 Jan. 2020 delivery boy shows me the barcode/QR code through which I had scanned & play desired amount via BHIM APP which was successful with transaction ID 001615022578.
But delivary boy deny to received the amount & not delivered my order. I raised this issue to Amazon customer service on 16 Jan 2020 & today on 17 jan 2020 I received a call from Amazon customer service with assurance given for delivery & clear that no need to pay again as my payment was already done.
Even today on 17 jan 2020 delivery boy asking for money & deny to deliver my order. I again contact to Amazon customer service but they also asked for money which I already paid to them .
This clearly comes under betrayal of faith & wrong intentions towards customer.
Please take necessary action against those who are responsible for this inconvenience.
