Regarding non-delivery of order by JioMart

I have ordered a 10kg idli rice on 9/10/22. Order id is 166xxxxxxxxx5A. That time delivery date shown as 18/10/22.

On 20/10/22 I raised the ticket for non receipt of the item(6664164087). But still no reply / action from your end.

After complaint today 6th day is started still my material is not deliver to me, So many times i called jio mart customer care they are simply telling as your complaint was already raised wait for it.

I have ordered through jio mart only, jio mart gave orders to a third party supplier,my order was dispatched on 10/10/22,still 14 days are over but material has not been delivered.

After dispatch tracking details not shared to us.

So please take the necessary action to deliver the item on an urgent basis.
