Complaint regarding delay in delivery by Nykaa

I made an order with Nykaa on 7th October 2022, order number: NYK-12xxxxx1-73xxxxxx2, worth INR 37793.85. The order was supposed to get delivered by 12th or 13th max. Till date the order is lying in their delivery partner warehouse in Hyderabad but not getting delivered. Whenever asked, they have just said its getting delayed, will sort on priority. When asked to cancel, they said first the product need to reach their warehouse, then only they will initiate refunds which will take another 5-7 days. My only question is when the product is not with me, why should i wait for it to reach back to their warehouse for my money to be refunded? and what if their courier partner doesn’t deliver back the product to their warehouse, will i not get my money back?

    The same is happening with me. The order is delayed and the reason is some office is closed. It is in Hyderabad from 2 days. The only thing i receive as communication is we are looking into it on priority and I don’t see any action so far. This is the least customer friendly interface I have used so far. As customers we have to delete their apps, not use their portals to order products. I am definitely doing it. Please don’t purchase anything from Nykaa.
