Refund from Flipkart – Rs.7,980/: Ms. Rema Chongtham of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (rchongtha[at]gmail.com) ordered a Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 A102 on Flipkart vide order No OD40704062764 on 4th July and receive on 9th July. When she checked the phone it showed that sim card not detected and sometime the phone did not switch on. She made a return request on the same day but was rejected. She posted her complaint with ICF on 14-07-2014 and the matter was taken up with Flipkart. The customer finally got refund by 30-07-2014.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
