Regarding online recharge of Videocon D2h services

I made a payment of rs. 1000 for my vediocon D2H via website INB naukriaim Info tech private limited on 11-07-2019 on 8.23 p.m . The amount has been deducted from my account but was never received by vediocon . I contacted the vediocon d2h customer care department for the same but was suggested that i should rather contact the company.Since there is no contact information of the company and till date i didn’t even got the refund, plus no website or customer complaint number for grievance.

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
