Regarding order not delivered by Mamaearth

I ordered a two products from mamaearth website on 21 April, 2022.  The delivery ship partner is Shiprocket.
My order was prepaid. On 25 April, 2022 the shiprocket delivery partner send  me the verification code on my mobile number but no call or delivery person came to my house. On the same day shiprocket gave me the delivery successful message but i have not get any delivery.
I sent an email to mamaearth and try to call the customer care but no one respond.
I again write a mail to mamaearth on <care[@]mamaearth.in> and they said “Your patience is highly appreciated as it may take longer than usual for order dispatch. Rest assured, your order is confirmed and will be delivered soon.
The average time for delivery of your order after dispatch is 7 – 8 working days”.
In my mamaearth account on 26th April, 2022 the  product delivered confirmation came, but unfortunately i haven’t get my product.

Kindly help me out.
