Regarding order placed on Jiomart

sir , i ordered two tshirts costing rupees 498 on 31st december 2021.the tshirt does not fit me and is not good as per general standard and quality. i requested for return on 2nd january 2022.i called regularly to them but they did not picked the product neither processed any refund to me .my money is with them since long time . pls help me to my money get back.
