I ordered laptop HP PAVILION GAMING LAPTOP on 25 dec 2021 and I got this on 27 dec 2021 , and when I’m using it I find some problem the laptop is working slow and hanging order is defective . So I raise a replacement request on 29 dec 2021 after raising request flipkart cancel my request and I again raise replacment request on 31 dec 2021 and this time request is going on process I also have technical visit by HP on 3 Jan 2022 , Hp exicutive come and check the laptop they also find same problem so they proceed to replace the laptop and after that I also got DOA Letter from HP Letter saying to replaced the order and hp exicutive put DOA seal on laptop and they pack the laptop and on same date flipkart again cancelled my request .
so again on 4 Jan 2022 I again request for replacement and this time my order has to be pick up and replace on 6 of Jan but delivery boy didn’t deliver my order cause the confusion made by Flipkart and again on 10 Jan 2022 they cancelled my request and again I raise new request on same date and this time my order has to pick up and replace on 11 Jan 2022 but they didn’t deliver so they give me next date that is 13 Jan 2022 , on 13 Jan 2022 my orded has out for delivery so I calleded delivery boy to confirm the time he said that he will not delivered my order cause he need to take picture of laptop with serial number but he can’t take cause of DOA seal and he dont have permission to open DOA seal do he denied to pickup and replace ..
And from all of this confusion and issue made by Flipkart I’m suffering with my order I got defective product and they not even replac till now
After tired from again and again complaining and calling flipkart to deliver my order fast .
