Regarding poor service and demand for money by colive

Colive provides furnished sharing rooms for staying. I booked the entire room (consisting of 2 people stay)from 1 june 2018 in colive property Clover in Bellandur. Later in month of August I gave notice for leaving one bed. i.e instead of room I changed my booking to one bed. Another person started living with me as per sharing basis. Still in month of September 2018 and october 2018 I was charged for entire room. On complaining I was told some maintenance issue persists and will be cleared soon and was asked to pay rent for one bed. But it has been 8 months since then i.e June 2019. Still dues are not cleared. Several complaints were raised yet no response or resolution from the company. Now they are asking for the money as it is still shown in dues. They have started putting extra late payment charges as well. Contact persons are not helping. Moreover, eviction notice is served due to non payment of dues. Rent and charges are paid for all months. except the dues which were wrongly added in month of September and October 2018.
