I have taken postpaid connection of JIO. last week I got paid my bill, I have also recharged pre on post with 399/- that time I have been to service centers 3 to 4 times and enabled my services, one month back I have decided to cancel my jio number. but servivce center people and call center people are told me that you are not get this problem till 3 months. now from one week I am not got stopped my jio services and called to help line numbers and told them cancle my jio. they said pay the money I have told them please stop now itself and send me the bill I will pay..but again and again they called me and telling that one person called me and said -10 rs is my bill amount and another person called me and said 350/-. today one more person called me and said I got 700 change bill. I do not know..even After I said to stop my services also why thease people are behaving like that. please solve my issue as soon as possible.otherwise I will go beyond this.
