I ordered a product from website named womenrocks.com (Order id 145008726), and product was delivered on 10/11/2017. Product quality is bad and is not similar to what shown in their website.
Basically I did not like the product. Then, when I tried to return the product by calling them on their number they are saying that product will not be returned and my money(2850 INR) will not be refunded.
In their website they have mentioned that product will be taken back if you are not satisfied with the product. But still are not taking back the product and refunding my money. Please help me in this regard.
